The Platinum Plan also includes a Complete Home Plumbing Inspection. The home inspection allows our technicians the opportunity to inventory and evaluate all of the plumbing in your home. This serves a dual purpose. First, it will allow our technicians to become familiar with your home's plumbing system. When they are dispatched to your home, they will be better prepared to respond to your needs when they arrive. Because we will already know the model, manufacturer, type, size, date and condition of the equipment we will be servicing, our technicians have a better opportunity show up with exactly the right parts and equipment to meet your needs. Secondly, the home inspection gives us the oppourtunity to discover potential problems before they arise and design a plan to correct them on your terms and in your timing, instead of when they unexpectantly fail.

The first step to Good Health is Prevention

At the Platinum level, we will replace up to three of the toilet flappers in your home on the initial inspection and once a year at renewal. Although the flapper is one of the smallest, simplest components in your plumbing system, it is one of the first to fail and can cost you hundreds of dollars in wasted water each year. Additionally, we will or service up to three of the fill and flush valves in your home's toilet tanks and replace your laundry hoses on the initial inspection and once a year at renewal.

This results in what is essentially a total rebuild of each toilet tank!

Hard water and high levels of chlorine are among the primary contributers to the plastic and rubber parts in your toilet tank breaking down. This is why we always recommend servicing or replacing all of these parts yearly.

With a Platinum membership, we are offering these preventative improvements at a price that is well below the cost of a standard service call. Additional toilets may be added to this plan as add-ons for $25.00 each.
